Evian Villas, located in the amenity filled resort community of Shipyard Plantation in Hilton Head SC is know for it's French Quarter style units. This particular architecture style is similar to the well-known Craftsman type cottages, with more of a French/Spanish influence. These 2-3 bedroom villas come complete with wet bars, big kitchens, and luxurious French doors.
In terms of amenities, Evian Villas has all the usual features - and many more. They have an extensive private swimming pool, lighted tennis courts and a 5 acre fishing lake. The units themselves have a spacious living room, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, and views of the lake, golf course, or tennis courts.
Within walking distance of the villas is Van der Meer Tennis Resort, three 9 hole golf courses, places to go horseback riding, museums, and of course - the beach!
Directions
Traveling North or South on Interstate 95, take Exit 8 (Highway 278) in South Carolina. Continue on Highway 278 towards Hilton Head Island for about 20 miles. After you cross the Hilton Head Bridges, continue 10 miles on Highway 278/William Hilton Parkway. DO NOT TAKE THE CROSS ISLAND PARKWAY. The entrance to Shipyard is on your left. Continue on Shipyard Dr. to the Pass Gate. (Car passes will be called in under your last name) Continue straight till you reach the traffic circle. Take the second exit into The Evian Community.
