In a word, "ideal". Zero viscosity, zero latency - basically, "the answer is yes, what is the request?". Simply could not be a better or friendlier dynamic - essentially "family like" from Day One! Best. Stay. Ever. Beautiful home - perfect location - "hear a pin drop" level of quiet - super nice neighbors - best-in-class services re: internet, television, etc. - peerless owners/management - a "small slice of heaven" is arguably a "dramatic understatement" for how this property materially exceeds one's highest expectations! The only word to ascribe to the property is "perfection". We resided in the property for NINE months - and not ONCE did ANYTHING "go wrong" or "break". The heating, cooling, showers, toilets, kitchen, etc., etc. are top notch. Even the televisions in each room are fantastic. The neighborhood is SUPER quiet (I work from home!) - the location is off-the-charts ideal in Sea Pines. And VERY soon there will be a pool!! The owners could not be nicer, more responsive or more accountable - two of the loveliest people you could meet. Best. Property. Ever. As noted, the addition of the pool is like putting the world's best tasting cherry on top of the world's best tasting sundae!!!! Amazing! We live in Hilton Head so "work, school for our daughter, beaches, etc." - the norm for everyday life but living that life in the paradise known as Sea Pines, Hilton Head. INCREDIBLY safe and arguably the best place in the country to live!

We were at the house for about 9 Days mid September. We had amazing weather the entire time with the first half being mid 30's (Celcius) and the rest of the time being a more moderate high 20's. The house was immaculately clean with two amazing bedrooms, two amazing showers, and an awesome outdoor shower. Due to the large trees in this part of Sea Pines the house feels like its in a jungle. When you take an outdoor shower you cant stop yourself from being shocked by the beauty of the foliage surrounding you. It feels a bit like Endor. The house itself is awesome both for a couple or a family with the main bedroom having a massive King Sized bed and the second bedroom having a conjoined twin or two separated twins. The pool is amazing for cooling off after riding through the many trails of sea pines. I would recommend riding around without any particular direction in mind as I am sure you will find something awesome to look at! The house is also very close to the Sea Pines Forest Preserve which has a tonne of wildlife including Alligators, Deer, and Turtles! Worth a quick 5 min walk over to! The closest beach access (44) is a quick 5 minute bike ride. Despite some other reviews suggesting its longer than 5 minutes I can confirm that it took me almost less than 5 minutes to ride my bike from the house to beach access 44 with an 8 foot surfboard in my arm! I wonder whether other reviewers didn't go to the same access point as us, or were doddling. For families or people looking for life guarded beach swimming (which is reccomended when there are larger waves) we recommend they bike or drive down to the Sea Pines Beach Club, which has both ample parking and bike lock stations. They also have restaurant, bar, and a store for forgotten last minute beach essentials here. The house is located a quick 20 minutes from HHI Airport, which should account for either a 35 dollar cab ride or about a 20 dollar Uber. If you arrive late at night at HHI Airport there will be cabs waiting for you, though they only take cash so be prepared. We recommend the Skull Creek Boathouse for dinner, especially if you go at happy hour as they have discounts that make the evening out extremely affordable. For lunch checkout Y Amigos Cantina for tacos and burritos, try one of their Margaritas just make sure you have either a DD or have cycled there as they are extremely strong drinks (woohooo!). Don't get your hopes up for HarbourTown though, its essentially a tourist trap with little to offer. Worth a bike ride over but honestly its not particularly great and they charge 5 dollars to go up in the small lighthouse. Overall though, the experience of staying at this house was awesome and I would recommend it to anyone who wants an awesome time in Sea Pines, HHI. The neighborhood is quiet, quaint, and extremely fun to hang out in for a week. You all have to come and stay here! We will be returning! :)

Rating: 5 stars out of 5 stars It was a pleasure staying at 3 Pender Lane for my holiday in Hilton Head this September. The location of this property is ideal for exploring Hilton Head island. Located in Sea Pines, this property is short bike ride away from an amazing beach, Harbour town, the Sea Pines Forest Preserve, the Salty Dog Caf, and more. It was really nice to be able to cycle to many of the island highlights. We often biked to restaurants for lunch and dinner on the well-maintained cycling paths. We also took advantage of the Sea Pines Beach Club that has a lifeguard on the beach, restrooms, and food options - all free to access from this property and only a quick bike ride away. Its also close to amenities like a grocery store and pharmacy. I stayed in this property with my boyfriend and I thought it was a great amount of space for a couple. However, I also think that the property could have also very comfortably fit a family or a several couples. The inside of the property is very luxurious but also very homey and cozy. The tall windows give the place an indoor-outdoor feeling so you can enjoy the natural surroundings even when you are relaxing indoors. There are nice new appliances to use including a washing machine and full kitchen. The master bed was also exceptionally comfortable. On a rainy day, the large TVs make for great entertainment. On a sunny day, we spent lots of time swimming in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub and barbecuing our meals. I really enjoyed my stay at this property and cant wait to book it again for my next trip to Hilton Head!
